Thanks for the CaliBubba reps @Frankthetank, @Green Hornet, @Lil Dab. I still have 3 more seeds of each of the (4) Twenty20 testers. It's a tough call which to grow next (ChicLit, CaliBubba, Strawberries & Funk, or Strawberry Biscotti). I usually do 3 plants each run, so I could do a run of each!

I reduce the stock about 1/3 and melt butter then add flour to make a paste then wisk in 
Sometimes…..if I do I take it until it’s a dark roux for beef gravy, and a peanut butter colored roux for poultryChef @Frankthetank do use the roux method for your gravy ?
Today I’m just going to thicken with some corn starch, though
