I already lit that one, this is the one I am talking about now,
but I was told to cool my jets so I don't get ahead of the pie!
The Kingsford is not what it used to be, burns hot and way too fast, the Embers starts slow and burns much longer. I load the chimney with the Kingsford on the bottom and Embers on top. I keep a "clean" grill for when I want to capture the drippings. I have been cooking turkeys like this for 48 years
