Beach walk sounds nice ...

No matter what happens in my day...it will always feel better if have been down for a beach walk....

It just sets your day up right.

We are on a bit of a Mission ATM.........dog walk or beach walk 5 days a week.....supplemented up........

Trying to Force off this permanent sick/exhausted feeling we have had since the start of covid.

I always admire your spirit

At our age it is Use it or Lose it..........


Hubby got diabetes type 2.....was gonna change his lifestyle...didn't.......easier to take the tablets...

Then he got high blood pressure.....was gonna change his lifestyle...didn't...easier to take the tablets...

Now his eyes going....again points to hardening of the veins.....when you get to 3 Warnings.....you gotta do something about it.... or accept the way you are going.........his mother had exactly the same warning signs and her pancreas packed in Completely....he Knows how the Story goes.


Mind...his mother was 101 years old when her pancreas packed in....coz we were joking with her about only getting a 100 year guarantee for it..... ....then again...she didn't drink like a fish......

Very Lucky @MedCzech ...for various reasons we just got outta the habit.

Working on it......when we were walking this morning there was a tangle of fresh green seaweed being washed up...the Ozone was High........

Ya idk i thought i changed my life style enough but its no ones fault but my own for drinkin n runnin the way I did that im like this. Which is infinitely frustrating cuz damn it! now i got no one to be mad at
