Our real winter lasts for about 3 days......so a long fall, 30's to 70's and a long spring 40's to 70's..
I was told by Lowes and Home Depot that they don't know when they will get another shipment of OSB its all heading south. Last I knew our governor banned the travel of wood across state lines. Something with the ash bore tree bug we have here in Michigan. I know Ohio wont let wood from Michigan travel through it. I was told the federal government is paying top dollar for all of this lumber also, I was also told to hold on to my hat the next time I am able to buy lumber because the price is going to triple.... Im already paying 58$ per sheet of OSB which use to be about 10$ 3 years ago.....
...and they can't go down..coz wage are going up ...so they cant drop back........and that is Before the massive energy price incease hits.
