Bummer with the broken components. What kind of plastic material was being used? Nylatron and UHMW are 2 very durable plastics that hold up very well.

that maybe another benefit to hanging them up sidedown..I am sure my mounts are made from cheap plastic and still holding up

And that is the point at which I make a replacement out of aluminum, even if I have to use my store bought toofers to chew one out! LOL

Not sure. After the 1st one broke he sent me a new set and these ones seemed a lot better then the last version. Just gonna go back to tried and true zip ties
