Please I'm so thirsty! Hubby's gone to collect brunch, we had been planning to go out but I'm in no state. I'm still higher than I normally get lol. In good news, the "daytime" formula I made worked well for hubby's backpack last night. He was at a functional level high wise and the jar made form the WTF did not knock him out. Tonight I'll test him with the AxNL and see how that goes. Gotta make sure everything works as intended before having my friend pass it along to her dad. She did say he had gotten steroid shots that had been helping but he'll be able to start trying this after next weekend for day to day maintenance.
WTF! Glad to hear about yr WTF, and other misadventures. I have high hopes for my own WTF. Here she is a few days ago at 4 weeks:

Omg. Home fries? Well seasoned and the perfect amount of crispy. Belgian waffle? Fluffy and tender and sweet. Fried chicken? Juicy, cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside. With a vanilla caramel sauce to go on top? *perfection* my tummy is happy, very happy lol. I ate half. Honestly could probably finish the rest but I want some later and don't want to make myself sick. #3 said her giant chocolate chip pancake "tasted like heaven" and hubby's carnita breakfast burrito was super yum too lol. I'm a happy girl now.

I'm enjoying being a shut-in. The wife has COVID and I have a cold, so I'm laying low. I can put a dropper full of infused MCT oil in my cocoa early, knowing that I'm gonna duck all but the most urgent responsibilities (driving kids, homework help, family affairs, handyman jobs). The old wife is on the mend after I made her a "sancocho de gallina" yesterday (tropical chicken soup). I added an habanero pepper toward the end:

Yes, the countertop is made of ordinary Sakrete.

oh my god I love traditional Dominican style sancocho with the four types of meat and like 7 different veggies, plus fresh herbs and spices. I could eat it everyday with rice and avocados on the side, can’t forget the morir soñando!
