After washing it, i test the ppms but forgot to test the ph whoops lol i'll do that next time :thanks:
Figured it would come in more handy so I got a ph soil probe when my last pen went out on me! Def makes life easy and u can still dip it into a glass of solution and get ph of it as well! :d5:

Thinking about it how would i even test the end resulted of my washed promix, i'm using a water hose outside and draining it into a 30 gallon trashcan. my city water is 300ppm 7.8-8.1 ph

The end result would leave my promix higher in ph i would assume right? i have been feeding my plants 5.8ph to make up for this as i normally use 6.2-6.5

Think that’s more snow then I’ve seen in 20yrs combined in Texas! Luckily we ain’t got no wolverines either! Just the occasional dillo or wonky eyed possums eating out the bird feeders! :yoinks:

funny long story short when I was traveling did some work in Texas outside of Dallas and we worked in a ice storm there…The tower had 1/4 “ of ice at the bottom and a half inch of ice on it by the time I got to the top:yoinks::snow2:

thanks for the rep @Mossy

Ph can rise over time even using proper ph water! I always add fresh compost after every run when I reuse soil cuz it’ll help naturally get soil back close to neutral! I used it 4 runs in a row and just saved the stuff from my 10gal pots! Once lil cooler outside I’ll add compost and amendments and toss into a tote til I need it!

We had that crazy ice storm in 2020! Literally shut the state down for 2 weeks and we lost power for 6-7 days! Wasn’t crazy on the snow it just stayed below freezing so many days in a row and this state wasn’t setup to handle it! Literally the evening the temps dropped so fast we had like 120 something car pileup on the highway! :yoinks:
