Going to sprinkle it with some kosher salt and pepper, rub it down with this:View attachment 1268076
Going to chop some parsley, rosemary, and thyme and blend them all together and rub the prime rib with it. Preheat your oven to 500° , pull your meat out of fridge let sit out for 6 hrs(yes 6 hrs) place in oven(for every lb cook for 5 mins,eg. If the prime rib is 9 lbs x 5=22.5 this is how long you cook it.) Leave it alone!! Turn off oven. Do not open oven door. Let sit for 2.5 hrs in oven. Take out let rest, take dripping and put in pot add a tbsp of butter to dripping, reduce by half, this is a sauce for the rib!

I think we are all having prime rib at yer house @Bigg Al starting to drool already. Who's bringing the Yorkshire pudding

All in all, a good day! An invite to Cmas dinner from @Bigg Al A few good laughs courtesy of @Mossy and @RivetGrrl AND my heating/AC guy came through. Managed to get a new fan motor overnighted from somewhere. He showed up this afternoon and completed the repair in an hour. Parts were under warranty, I paid labor, the tech left with a tidy tip and I'm a happy camper!!!!!!!!

So far the terpenes, after touch the plant, there as good as the thc ones. Literally strong orange diesel smells.

I’m adding a new supplement called terpinator, will be good as it will try too bring all the terps out.

I've decided that seeing as there is just me here this year, and it's just not the same getting stoned, drinking pints of sherry (I only drink at Xmas so I go large) lol. and telling dirty limericks to the dogs.. They smile politely but they prefer a good joke lol
