@Saltysparrows How did your tomatillo salsa turn out the other night? Looked like you were on the right path roasting everything off. Do you use a blender or molcajete? Wife was nice enough to get me a new molcajete for Christmas along with some different masas. Blue, red, yellow, and white. Masa is gluten free!!!!
Broke my old this summer when I knocked it off a table. Much prefer the consistency from the molcajete. Will roast stuff on the grill in summer and smoosh it up.
