We had to shop.....so good to be back to normal opening hours ...and spaces in the car park.............


Mostly full shelves too..... apart from our normal gluten free bread......life is harder when you can't have the odd sani..........

Afternoon @Bill.de.Cat ..you became a Statistic...two days ago it was national divorce day........

Estate agents say it is their busiest time of year because people have all the stress of being off work with their spouse..kids and families over Christmas and New year ...so they split and sell the family home for 2 smaller places.........

Guess driving a truck for 20 years did me ok, learned how to live in a space much smaller than my room so I know how to utilize the space I have.

Watching a programme on Hong Kong the other day... the poor people housing option was 6ft x 3ft x 3ft pods.....and people were living in them for years.

They reminded me of truck driver spaces......

Got down to 28f last night, been sitting here sipping waiting for it to edge up to 30f and finally made it after starting the 2nd cup. Got tired of walking up to the kitchen in the cold to turn it on so Got all the supplies yesterday to have coffee while sitting in my warm room.

Tuesday morning in our house.....hubby had the hoodie on his onesie up...

The gas cylinder run out through the night...we were 7C indoors.......... Bloody Baltic...... .

Kind of reminds me of the efficiency apartments that were available in the Towers at Aiea, Hawaii. One of my buddies had one and it was just ridiculously tiny !

I knew something like that just was not for this Texas boy and especially after all those years of Sea duty! Nothing but room and privacy for this boy!............ Both things that were lacking while aboard ship!
