You know those moments when your palm hits your forehead? DUH!

I finaly realized that indoors, autos are winter strains so the cooler days offset the long light cycles.

Photos 12/12 in the warm months to reduce heat.

Jeez. So obvious. Over a decade and I'm still a newbie

Guess it depends on your environment/weather. Can see it both ways. Autos can be good in both winter and summer as opposed to photos.

In winter some use the light for heat as you can run 20+ hours. Conversely, I run autos in the summer as doing 12/12, the light intensity is higher and the lights put off too much heat. With the longer light period, I'm able to dial down the intensity of the light and the temps are a little cooler. I'm in a hot and humid climate though.

Think Man O Green takes a break during the summer as his temps are too high to do either

So far, so good. Doing low carb also since my sugars are high. I see my new PCP the 23rd. Gonna ask for an Alpha gal test since beef seems to be a factor in these gastro attacks too.

Ran into a buddy and much to my surprise he had a gallon bag of these.

You're the only other person I've seen post about alpha gal. My wife has it and we seem to be ground zero for it here in VA. She was a pescatarian before she contracted it so it hasn't been as hard for her. The main thing with her was giving up or having very little cheese. We likes the snooty cheeses...Every case seems to be a little different. Where do you think you contracted yours? That is if it is what you have...Haven't heard of many cases outside of the southeast

Find it odd that this pops up suddenly right when the powers that be are trying to limit/eliminate meat production/consumption.....
