Prob depends if it works! Says felons can own antique firearms but also says plenty of antique muzzle loading guns are still considered firearms by atf and therefore can’t be owned!Thats weird that its a federal law, but the states decide.
I just know my uncle has a felony (got busted with several pounds of weed when he was 18) and can still own a muzzleloader, but nothing else.
Didn’t know til my google search just now but texas has an exemption and if its been 5+ years since u completed your sentence for the conviction then u can own a firearm IN YOUR OWN HOME but it did clearly say federal law has no such exemption!
