I have to go to the office tomorrow, so my laptop and backpack are in the bathroom with an ozone generator blasting them for 2 hours. Laptop got wiped down with lysol wipes too. Wife smelled my backpack and said under no condition should I take it to work without doing something about it first.

I'm too cheap I get the $10 ones cause they arent worth more than that. I just don't bring the torch near them anymore

All mine are cheap never paid more then 20$ for a cap and I’ve never broke one with heat. I’ve done my fair share of cold starts with a propane torch and never even cracked one.

How do you do cold starts with out the cap?

I use a cap when im hitting it but I don't put the cap on while I'm torching it.. The ones that have cracked on me are when I use the torch to heat up the cap for a quick second in order to wipe off all the reclaim on it when it gets sticky. Not all are gonna crack under direct heat from the torch but it's happened quite a few times.

It doesn’t mess with your cold start not having it capped off? I always thought you were supposed to put the cap on for cold starts. Sorry for questioning you it just has me intrigued

Afternoon/evening guys

Here is the two phenotypes I like the most:

This one got more narrow and thin leafs -

And this one with broader leafs -

I think both of these got huge potential.

Will reduce the light just a bit more, but i don’t want them to be stretchy at all so I’m trying to be on the edge of what they can handle.

I think 2 more weeks of veg and then flip to flower

You can question me all day I'm an open book my friend!

Nah I don't ever put my cap on till I start hitting it.
And I'm sure what you're saying won't bust a carb cap I was talking more like when I put my torch directly to the carb cap when trying to clean it. I don't know if it's the heat or the hot wax popping inside that causes them to burst like that but yeah now I just clean my carb caps with alcohol, I learned my lesson.

I’m already looking for for next strain to grow. That one has to be some kind of alien/cookies as those look really cool and potent.

But I’m also a fan of amnesia and I know a breeder with a very good reputation that got them and their seeds are proven to give massive yields, being uniform and provides
a good quality smoke.

Next came the cold plate, and this is what was produced:

~4.5 grams of the good stuff, some now in the decarb oven, the rest headed to the freezer (one of these days, I will get a rosin vape...) This is Blue Microverse x Sour Hound. The decarbed stuff is headed for some MCT oil tincture.
