At least it's cold enough to keep stuff from going bad... toss a cooler on the porch

Good Day all.....decided to put this cold weather to good use. Needed to defrost the freezer to get ready for the beef we are having butchered next week, so just put all the frozen goods out on the deck and unplugged the freezer. Hope it warms up for the actual slaughter day because the cow has a 45 minute trailer ride to get there. Have a super day folks.......

Oh yeah, plus I have a plug in fridge/freezer that’s the size of a big cooler… that I used on my walk about….. so most things are in there. The ice cream and my leftover soup didn’t survive….. but at least the steak stash is safe lol

Between that, the dogs yogurt, and my milk for coffee I was sweating it for a bit there lol

Now I get to have a repair guy come in the house with six plants in full flower

Good thing I set up that scrubber tent to help with smells
