well i'm gonna blame the humidifier on myself. The instructions say to clean it once a week, like who does that? Maybe once a grow cycle would be more realistic.

Steak and cheese with shiitake, onions and hots. We signed up with a local farm for meat and produce. It’s a tad pricey, but there’s just two of us and we don’t eat a lot of processed foods so it just made sense. One of the things I was excited about was that the beef box came with shaved steak. I grew up 45 minutes from South Philly, I’m a cheese steak maniac.
I present to you the 1st locavore cheese steak!
