Did it… definitely not as good as a 1gal glass peanut butter jar. Downstem had an old coffee perc disc on the bottom that mad 1000s of bubbles. I’ve been wondering about my old beer brewing carboys. Heavy glass. And the bungs are perfect

I had a Goldschlager bottle in high school that a buddy used a diamond tip drill bit to put 2 holes in at the seal. Dropped a stem down in and boom, bong. Ahhhhh great times. So much "don't give a f@ck" back then.
