You could also punch up the leftover liquid with some tomato soup….. and have birria grilled cheese and tomato soup….. hit the soup with cilantro instead of parsley….
Leftover idea: on sour dough, layer smoked Gouda slices, birria meat, grilled onions and peppers, more Gouda….toast on your flat top like a grilled cheese….. use birria liquid and dip like a french dip….…. Boom!
