Guys, if I buy a big-pack of a strain and grow them, found a special pheno that stands out from the crowd, clone her and grow her - couldn’t I call it a new strain?
But to breed her to stabilize and make her predictable is another story.

In all seriousness man you really really really need to eat vegetables. Please bro find the time to eat some greens. Even if you smother your broccoli in cheese it’s still a vegetable under all that crap instead of just more crap ALL the time. Don’t get to 60 years old and realize how simple it would have been to take care of yourself better like eating a banana or skipping the fries occasionally.
The food pyramid should have been named the diabetes pyramid! When I was mid 30s I started following the food pyramid. I did not get enough fruit and vegetables, I still don't even eating them at breakfast. I do eat a lot of green vegetables and try to get all of the colors on a regular basis now. Over half of my diet or more was in the Bread and grains category. I ate too much red meat.
It made me fat and lead to diabetes. I can say that 90% of my lifetime health problems stem from eating wrong. It is too late to fix these life altering diseases now and the best I can do is control them. This is no Joke.
Following this ruined my body!
