Hey @Lil Dab or member familiar with the Flora Flex Disc Filter. I have ventured into auto fertigation in Coco. I started 4 seedlings in Flora Flex 1 Gal. Plastic pots (bag). Hand watered for the first two weeks. About two weeks of auto fertigation one of the 4 plants appeared hungry and under watered. I checked water flow on the affected plant at pump start up and water flow appeared to be fine. Only 1 plant on the res is affected. A number of days later there was no change with the plant. Went to the Flora Flex site where they said that the filters should be cleaned after a couple months If water flow has slowed. Next time pump came on I observed the water flow on the affected plant, at first the water flow was fine but a few seconds later the flow went to a very slow drip. So I disassembled the filter cleaned and reassembled.Next fertigation plant received adequate water. Then the next fertigation went back to a slow drip. I have to clean the filter after every fertigation. I am using the original Mega Crop nutrients. Have you or anyone else experienced this? For now I have removed the disc filters and the water flow is spot on. Wondering if I am doing something wrong? Thank you in advance:pass:
Can you raise your pump up off the bottom of your rez a bit? megacrop used to plug all my stuff up but I feel l I'm the only one around who couldn't ever get it to fully dissolve :pass:

Hey @WildBill do u think what i described my car doing could be a vacuum leak from that guy pulling my throttle body and then putting it back using the old gasket? Wondering if him reusing the old one maybe it failed and is letting air leak in bogging out the throttle body fuel to air ratio at higher rpms?

Pump has suction cups should be able to attach to side of res and raise. I also use a paint stirrer with Drillmotor to mix at every ph check and the MC still does not fully disolve. Good idea thank you @JP1 :d5:

No I have had zero issue with my flora flex disc filter and I only clean it after each grow. I use MC 2 part and organic Bennie’s ie: kelp Humic and more with no issues. I’ve even run it both directions cause I wasn’t sure what the proper direction of flow should have been both ways were fine.

How big of pump are you running? I’d suspect the pump is weak or an air lock situation do you have pressure compensating drip emitters? cause I’ve had them do weird stuff with too much air in the system so now I either run a valve at the end of the line to bleed/flush system or I use a flora flex air bleeder valve

Have u tried dissolving it in hot water? Works for some stuff thats a pain to break down!

A smaller pump or aquarium wave maker makes life so much easier for mixing nutrients. I have mine on a separate timers comes on and off though out the day for a few minutes at a time keeps everything mixed good

Too lazy to retype it ;)

No clue man! Idles and revs fine but once in gear if u get up to like 2k rpms it basically goes into limp mode and loses almost all power and check engine light starts flashing! Usually i am good at working on my own ride but no clue what this could be! Would be nice if it threw an engine code so i could run code reader and see what it shows!
