I mean, I’ll eat 1300 calories of Ben and Jerry’s if I let myself….nightly

Exactly.

Plus the dairy really affects my kidney disease. It’s the only thing my doctor restricts, besides soda.

...sorbet's can scratch that itch decently, and knowing you, there's an ice cream maker around - ..and lots of juice base choices around... home made puree's... cantaloupe is killer!
Just to be a bastard as well,.... there a local company that makes a cantaloupe ice cream that's got to be illegal -

Alrighty then, food talk leads to food prep- ... time to throw together my Asian style pork meatloaf, sticky rice and broccoli... Comfort food for rainy weather...
If I remember, I'll get some food porn shots!

I don’t know either…. But if I have ice cream, or a latte, my kidneys will noticeably hurt later that day and the next day. Nothing else does that…. I can have small amounts of cheese with no issues.
