So are you not actually crushing and bending over the stem when super cropping
Yes, the main stem gets worked between my forefinger and thumb until the stem is softened and pliable enough to bend without splitting or breaking, just takes thirty seconds or so…. All side branches just get stretched straight out, no bending or manipulation necessary since you’re just pulling them down…
 
Hang something off the stem above the crush point with LST wire like a metal nut a pair sissors something with enough weight to hold them down. I’ve done it with grafting tape and taped the crushed joint so that it couldn’t move but have seen others use weighted objects hanging off the branch bottom line they will stand back up just depends how far
 
Just before if you can time it right…. I’m usually training somewhere in the day 20-30 range, depending on the plant…

That seems to sounds about right, but i never done it myself.
I want to grow a plant and then try to get her as big as possible, could you maybe assist me with that @Frankthetank?
I don’t want to fuck it up in any kind of way, i just want to promote growth - and with autos, you only get one chance.
