Well, today is going to be Taco Saturday!
I found that Cholula makes some taco seasonings! I love their different hot sauces!
Hopefully I pick the one I like, because I'm gonna make enough for several sittings.
I don't normally make a lot at one time, but I'm going to use a little bit of venison in this. I think I'm going to do 2/3 beef to 1/3 venison. And for a little extra Flavor, I'm going to add some Ground up pecan smoke bacon. And I have a bit of frozen Smoked Hatch green chilies to use up also .
With this really good Small batch fresh salsa I'm going to add some fresh greenhouse organically grown tomatoes I picked it from buddy a few days ago. It's one of the old heirlooms that I used to grow that has massive flavor. That salsa is a little bit thin for my taste and the diced tomatoes will just make it perfect.
I'm dying talking about it and I'm going to be even worse conditioned here when I start cooking it!
