I thought I heard somewhere that at least for the Northeast it's less of a concern since they (red wigglers) can't tolerate the cold.
I could be wrong though and either way I'm thinking Indoors which should prevent that...

Just starting seeing these kinds worms around here the past 2 years or so

Also my vitamin D levels have not come up since last appointment and her prescribing a vitamin d supplement so she prescribed me another vit d supplement… She thinks a lot of my depression and fatigue is from that so hopefully things will pick up soon

Taking it combined with Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) will greatly increase its uptake.
