They have these pink Japanese dandelion I got from rareseeds. Even if they are edible she you can make tea out of the roots fpj outta leaves etc

Maybe lettuce? Spinach they like the shade

The yard is facing true South, so under the balcony gets nearly zero sun as it passes over left to right.

Apparently someone felt the need to build a funeral pyre for that dead lizard!
Prob woulda been less trouble to just flush it down the commode and go buy a new 1!

FWIW, my lettuce did *fantastic* up on the balcony in full sun this summer, even with my pots being chronically underwatered.

Tbh though with as many people are into all the taxidermy type stuff these days I'm surprised they didn't snag him for a wet specimen or something.

Yeah I planted in full sun before they just get tougher the lettuce isnt soft like people like.

I wish you'd brought your scope so we could see if they harvested the nettles when the trichomes started browning....
