That is a nice window result, well done! Tried to rep, but you know what happened. :pighug:
Thanks for the Rep and the try:pass:Window on steroids grows em good.. 6-7 hours direct low angle arctic snow reflective brilliance. Will blind an eye ina wink.TheAutoCob holds court for 11 hours till the blaze returns. I got so much photonage while I was setting up, experimenting, I fried an entire crop of sprouts by running sun and light same time for a couple of hours. Just had to see what happens. Kinda like putting a whole egg in a microwave:shrug:

@Mañ'O'Green what do you think for the sirloin? Marinade? Dry season? Think I'm going to roast the potatoes on the grill with onion, olive oil, and sea salt & cracked pepper in foil, and probably a balsamic roasted Brussel sprouts. Mushrooms will of course be sautéed in a white wine butter reduction cause that's my favorite lol, then served on top of the sirloin. If they're going in a marinade it'll need to be soon as its nearly 4 already on the right coast. My allergies are awful right now so I've got some killer brain fog at the moment.
Leaks cut the long way, soy sauce and sliced garlic, olive oil with a generous dash of toasted sesame oil. No leaks use green onions then marinate 30 minutes to overnight but best is just an hour or two. Put the leaks/onions on the grill under the meat to start grilling. The outer uncovered leaks/onions will smoke the meat. Don't go crazy with too much leak/onion smoke just kiss the meat with it.

Up north we call this Cannabis Time. When a stoner can reconnect to his/hers
Cheech & Chong roots
Ooooh I think I am Cheech and Chong then or is it Doberman  I am high as a tissue kite in hurricane.

Mom and I picked up that and the chest freezer, plus charcoal and such, along with a 2lb sirloin to split, Brussel sprouts (his favorite), potatoes, blue oyster mushrooms, and a nice Cab. Oh, and a chocolate ganache cheesecake topped with raspberries. He was super duper excited, though before he got out there and opened the hatch to mom's car he was grumbling hard about being put to work like that (made him clean the backyard/patio and sweep and mop the kitchen while I was gone ) on his birthday lol.
I have this in the gas, Charcoal/ smoker combo love mine
