Pulled pork is really easy to smoke and a good way to get his feet wet and to start to get some seasoning on the smoker. Also pretty cheap and you'll have tons of leftovers. It does take a long time but it's pretty forgiving as far as temperature swings when dealing with new toysOk all you Pit Masters of LS... I'm about to go pick up hubby's 40th bday present, a 30" charcoal grill/smoker (figure its a rite of passage as he's now officially a middle aged dad lol). He's had a charcoal 3 leg camp grill deal thing in the past so he knows how to use one, but his ex took everything when they split. Regardless... I'll be stopping at the grocery store on the way home (maybe even the fancy Wegmans) to get stuff for dinner and a cheesecake etc. WHAT DO I GET FOR THE GRILL'S MAIDEN VOYAGE?!? Its a rather momentous occasion after all and I don't know what would be worthy. Lend me your wisdom!
A 1" Ribeye cooks perfectly on a very hot grill with 2 minutes turn 2 minutes turn 2 minutes turn 1 minute. If you get them thicker then that the center does not get warm fast enough. I have cooked as many as 600 on catering jobs. Of course there is always some idiot wants them cooked well done. They always got the worst looking meatOne inch?!? Where are the other 2/3’s?

What Is a Limerick?
A limerick is a five-line poem that consists of a single stanza, an AABBA rhyme scheme, and whose subject is a short, pithy tale or description. Most limericks are comedic, some are downright crude, and nearly all are trivial in nature.
