The disks around my spine slip out of place regularly and squeeze my sciatic nerve. Hurts all the way down to the toes. I lay on my back on the floor and pull my knees into my chest to stretch. Other then that walking around on flat ground will usually loosen it up. Weed does help dull the stabbing nerve pain
Bada Boom Somewhere along the way, i need to grow out a tent of CBD to make salve with for such occasions. Now, i'll go lay on the floor and try what @Jerseyphresh1 suggested Then some alternating heat/cold and see if that provides some relief.
Coffee is meant to be drunk, not eaten
edit:...the ritual of making it, sitting down by myself and getting my thoughts together for the day is half of it........can't replace it with cubes
