They are wierd when I won my light they only responded once a week and I never got any tracking so there was lots of dead time from the announcement till when I got my light week between each message. So my thought is when you responded they didn’t see till next week when they log in again
Phlizon replaced one of my 200w lights on warranty after it quit on me. The only communication I got was "I'll work on getting a replacement." They didn't ask for the old one back, just a front & back photo of the dead one. I never got any tracking, but one day the replacement showed up on my porch, about 8 days later. Nice lights. I can dim them all from one knob, or individually.
I ve flushed her now for 2 litres of drain (never drained before) and give her 8 hours light break.

why did she hate more light and is bitching around with overfeeding?
Both heat and over-lighting can cause the plant to take in more nutes than needed.
This can look like nutrient burn.
I am not sure (others please weigh in) but low rH might do that as well Because the plant takes up more solution to get the water and takes in minerals at the same time. Also it closes the stomata to prevent dehydration which throws respiration out.
Naaaaaa............ I opened up their email that first thing that morning and replied back. It was before KingRatt knew. They even replied back on the 6th in reference to my nondescript packaging question.

Im wondering if your package got delivered and swiped by a package pirate? I guess the only way to tell if it was delivered or shipped even is thru @PhlizonGrowLight . Maybe they still have the tracking number? I will reach out also.
