And i am no ac technician but i am assuming there is something going on with the blower motor! If i stand on a chair its definitely cold air coming out but the fact i have to stand on a chair to feel it means its not blowing out as hard as its supposed to!

Is there a dirty filter? Are the return air vent(s) blocked? Those things would reduce air flow.

I still think u be fine, but what about those watering globes? Or a quick thrown together wicking setup. To give them a little something to hold them over.

I had a similar concern a few grows back and threw some wick string over my grilles and filled the runoff trays. Sorry i didnt take a better picture of the setup.

No i already went thru the easy stuff it could be!
