Soooo... I've been going through some major life changes lately(divorce). And I can't really afford to keep my house on my own; I have another year or so left before I'll have to sell. I probably won't be able to grow again in the foreseeable future.

I've been on a bit of a manic bender for a few weeks now. I'm looking for a major change of scenery. I want to move to a recreational state and try to get a job on a farm. I've always enjoyed growing and all things cannabis, the only thing I've consistently enjoyed over the years, but I know I'm a little late for the green rush. I've been looking into Colorado Springs or Pueblo area, those would be in my budget. I haven't done much research on other states though, so if anyone knows a recreational state with cheap rent(around 1k) and cost of living, I'm open to suggestions.

I've grown around Pueblo for years. I can probably help you find a cannabis job.

Oklahoma would be cheap AF to live, but I dunno about the jobs. It may be going fully legal very soon.

I thought about moving. Even with all I've gone through here, I still love my little place! I am pretty secure here. I'll be even more secure when I move my grow out to my shop with a grow room built inside it.

And the thought of house hunting, putting my place up for sale, moving and all that crap. I'll wait things out here in ShadowLand.

I think the only thing that could make me move, if Mississippi went full legal and I would just move close to my son. I would go through all the BS

Well, I don't think he'd be there for the meth.

And what a better place to stand out! I don't think we have any one here that grows garbage weed!

I know you said that as a blanket statement and for the most part it's pretty much true. I do know of some farmers there that do care about quality of the product they produce for medicine. Kind of like the most thought processes here!

I don't know if I can actually work at a place where they grew garbage weed! I think it would frustrate me too damn much!

Building the new gazebo at @MamaMouse and StepDad’s house. First we sealed the whole thing with Thompsons Water Seal, now we got all the heavy lumber framing done and gussets up. Everything is plumb, level, and square. Now we get to build the roof. This thing is huge and solid cedar! 12’x14’!! @MamaMouse is gonna be so stoked when me and StepDad get finished! I've grown around Pueblo for years. I can probably help you find a cannabis job.

That'd be awesome. I've been looking into everything I need to move and get a MED card and it doesn't look too difficult. Weather is nicer there too. Still got a lot to sort out here though.

Good morning @Mossy . Im doing well, thank you. Been helping water seal the new gazebo with StepDad down at @MamaMouse ’s. Its a huge 12’x14’ cedar gazebo with an aluminum roof so there was quite a bit to seal. We will be building it sometime this week im sure. Im stoked Mama is super excited. Oh we have a new project adventure! @MamaMouse has always been into tiny miniatures and recently has gotten into crafting little minis and wants to design and decorate a mini house and build every piece by hand, furniture, tiny paintings for the walls, littles rugs the whole deal. The idea is something about 30”x30” thats a complete house and opens up on hinges to expose the rooms, classic Victorian. I have alot of construction experience so itll be easy, just tiny lol. All the girls are looking really good, probably gonna start harvesting in the next week or two! Hope you have an awesome day! Sending hugs and stony vibes.
