Trimming some SB Cheesecake this morning…

like @Talonxracer said…stuck in trim hell for a couple weeks here!

Doesn’t smell at all like it did. It used to be berry skunk. Now it smells more like peppery funk
Gotta love the variables of growing this stuff.
