Works like a Dream.... ...in the Olden Days...when we had Males........

Funny now...some growers grow...without ever Seeing a Male..............at one time...it wasn't Optional........

Gotta n experiment going...........I bought a mango to make some mango chutney for our ribs....

Then I Thought Hello...I Wonder what Fig chutney would be like.....I am going to have a LOT of figs........soooo....I gave it a Try......

Same ingredients as the mango one...and it is Fine...........I'll see what it's like with the ribs.............

Hubby nearly choked on the ginger and chilli....but it needs to be strong to compete with the ribs........

I made a date and pear chutney with garlic and chili flakes one time…. It went on a flatbread with arugula and balsamic reduction….and goat cheese. Super tasty…

Haha…..I’ve culled off five males this week alone
