I make cannaghee brownies pretty regularly with Ghirardelli brownie mix. Just swap the oil in the recipe for melted butter. My grocery store sells multiple brands of it in the "ethnic" section. 1 and 1/8oz flower to 16 oz ghee. If you have a silicone butter mold, it'll make almost 4 sticks, so you can freeze it easy for later

Indeed! And since I’m on top of the mountain, the valley behind us has a tendency to suck the storms right past us sometimes

This is basically the way I do it. Then just swap the butter/oil/ghee 1:1 for whatever recipe
