Just make medicated ghee and you can add that to whatever keto friendly cookie or brownie recipie you already have. Ghee is keto friendly and a better option when making "canna butter" . If you don't like that you can make medicated coconut oil and use it in everyday items you already cook as well. If you got some leftover Chinese food that's a bit on the dry side douse it in canna oil you'll be chillen! I'm on a strict diet right now but with ghee I was adding it to toast or waffles. Get crazy !

I don’t go crazy on the keto but I just know certain foods bother me more than others and I have a weakness for breads and pasta so I TRY not to eat them. But lately I’ve just been super picky and wanting super super hot foods. Thank god @InkAddict$ eats whatever I cook and trusts my judgment lol 😂 especially right now
 
Jus about quitting time here. Don't really want to walk outside. Air quality is total shit right now.
Same here , burning mine and @InkAddict$ eyes . I got told to wear a mask because of being pregnant.

I eat Keto bread. It's not as good as regular bread, but this one is pretty close.

I'll go so far as to say you might not be able to tell the difference. On the other end, it makes for a lot more movement, especially given the amount of cheese I eat! :gassy:
