Just wasn't sure if changing lights would stress the plant out mid grow. But I do 24 hours on anyway so I guess it couldn't hurt right?

If you can get a comparison of the intensities, that'd be the main concern (in my humble opinion.) The hanging distance/height distance may have to be adjusted depending on what the previous light source was at the same distance.

Yeah exactly what hobbes said as long as light intensity is similar (ppfd) you should be fine.. You pretty early in the grow too right?

Photone is supposed to be semi-reliable for what it is (another app I see suggested a lot for those without a PAR meter.)

Get the photone app and pay the 6$ for leds to be unlocked and that will get you very close especially if calibrate it to your light but it also works really well default on Iphone No experience with android
