I did something similar my first collection wife had a metal scraper type thingy for the kitchen.. She said here this will work perfect I thought sure why not :doh:Less surface area is better :thumbsup: Rosin sticks to everything that was the trickiest part to learn collecting rosin and getting most:haha: of it to the jar :doh::doh::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:
 
well it’s official @InkAddict$ got the keys to our new house today ❤️ So ready to be done with our place now and be officially out of there but we’re one step closer for our competition to officially start 🍃 💨

I heated my 1 inch press plates in the oven at 250 for 25 minutes and gave it a squeeeze shot the plates with my laser thermometer and they were about 205 F Wore welding gloves :thumbsup:
How long did you press for? Did the plates hold their temp?

That's what I did not know when I started was time in press. The heavy plates held temp well I did not time the press time I winged it. I guess 2-3 minutes?
