I'm a big fan of roc plants. Give em a shot, especially the just pre-pandemic ones. The blueberry slushie that everybody is looking for right now is totally legit
Just received an infusion of beans today. Next year or two is set. Having a hard time buying with um….plenty to choose from.

When I picked up the shrimp for my breakfast this morning, the fresh halibut was on sale. Still expensive, I splurged and bought some. Then I found a new recipe on ATK America's Test Kitchen for a tarter sauce and Potato crusted halibut. I fully approve. I am sure it would work with any other white fish as well.

I think pineapple takes a crazy amount of time to grow…. And I eat two a week. I’ll just buy em for three bucks a piece

between breakfast (4 eggs, toast, jam) and my dinner salads (pretty good size, lots of variety) I’m probably in the neighborhood of what I need…..plus I do eat the occasional treat of non dairy Ben and Jerry’s….so that bumps things up a little. I’m certain not getting any extra calories, but I’m probably getting 2500 a day, I’m guessing. If I need a snack during the day, I usually just have a handful of grapes..:pass:
@Frank the Dank If you can get this locally you need to try it if your diet allows. It is hard to eat only 1/3 of the container at a time. It is not low sugar! So I try not to eat it every day
