Been caking/cleaning for the last week and a half lol. #1 wanted to bring a friend home from school today so they could come to his family party which meant we had to get the downstairs situated and I had a closet to empty and add shelving to and reorganize two cakes cause #1 and my dad share a birthday tomorrow. 4x chocolate icecream cake for #1 (dark chocolate brownie base, chocolate icecream, semisweet ganache, and dark chocolate fudge buttercream) and fresh strawberry cake for my dad (strawberry cake, strawberry filling, and strawberry buttercream all from my strawberry patch). The friend went home like an hour ago, I'm exhausted.

I wish I could bake. Can cook a little but I'm a shit baker. Seems so easy because it's more scientific but I just can't do it consistently. I feel like it's coco vs soil basically, but I can't bake all of our meals
