We've got an Hour between Thunder storms.......apparently....... ...Time to get the Lid off and let them Breathe.......

We Were supposed to go out shopping....hubbys friend comes down on a Wednesday...so we go ou toay for fresh buns and bacon for him.....but..there is absolutely No Way you can work on the land afer heavy rain........it turns into quick sand...an sucks the shoes off your feet....


So hubby has cancelled him....so no need to go out for fresh buns.......

Yup.......I Like my girls out in natural conditions as much as I can....but sometimes they Need cover.

The wind yesterday was so bad it was literally laying them down.........but he torrentail rain probaly would have killed then.

At times through the night is Sounded as hard as Hailstones.........kept me awake......

You would Think coming from the UK I'd be used to heavy rain...but when it comes down here it is something else.........

When we got here we noticed that all painted house walls had like a Decorative layer of stone/rock about 3 ft high....reminded us of crazy paving...but on the walls.........

Then we realised it is coz the rain comes down so hard...it bounces back off the pavement and Strips the Paint off the walls 2 ft high......
