...normal upon emerging...seedlings need gentle light to stimulate the chlorophyll building in those cotyledons initially. Those that pop up during the dark hours tend to be more pale than those that broke surface during light hours, naturally....
All seedlings like less intense light for the first week or so...

I thought so, they started to perk up when on the windowsill. Thanks people!

She's got about 60% solid milky trichs and the other 40% is clear but cloudy. I will probably chop her in 4 or 5 days if that 40% gets more solid.
