That top plate looks a little sketchy

Everything is sketchy we came in to replace the last crew. The whole crew, carpenters, electricians plumbers, out of state crew that came with the owners ripped off the back that had all the barn style cranes and hay loft ... the stairs, the walls/studs that i bored and the pipes running through em will be the only things not replaced here . So much harder than starting from scratch.

Rescued some more "weeds" from grandma's house today lol. Also discovered the local native plant swap group so yeah.
