we are off milk products here, so some kinda wannabe butter that sorta spreads n sorta melts :rofl:

We are off the gluten/bread products......and gluten free bread is Crap.......but the taste of fresh bread..fresh eggs and salted butter is a Simple Joy............. :biggrin: ...Original Fast Food.................

I've used Smart Balance for my 'butter' for many years, but not for cooking eggs. Dunno if it works that way. About the only thing I use 'butter' for anymore is oatmeal, more cholesterol management, and baked taters.
Just one thing I do to help keep my cholesterol in check...............no need for meds to control it...............yet.
HOPEFULLY, I'll get my physical therapy going again and I can get my good cholesterol to bad at a better ratio thru exercise.
I am gonna do something different this time when I go to therapy. I'm gonna be LIT when I get there. It's under 4 miles from the house, so I'll hit whatever before I get in the car and I should be good by the time I get there. :eyebrows:
It should help me push a bit more with pain relief and prevent any spazzing.

cooked de eggs in olive oil cause that is wat i could find :rofl:
 
When I make gummy edibles instead of using sunflower or soy lecithin to keep everything in the gummies held together so the ingredients dont seperate in layers I found that egg yolks are a good substitue for Lecithin.
