Quesabirrira-esq tacos, with consommé. I used pork instead of beef. I about made myself sick on these, they were so good

Birria tacos are traditionally goat, but hard to find in markets. Given your location, there's probably a good carniceria near you. Try it out!!!

Lol this didn’t start out as birria….I just had a pork butt I was going to braise and started digging around the pantry and this is what took shape….hence “birria-esq” not exactly traditional….plus those are flour tortillas lol…. I just used the technique…

Dig it! Should have assumed you knew what it was. Most people however do not and probably wouldn't eat it if they knew! I love feeding people lengua and watching the look of horror on their faces after they just gobbled down 4 of them! Chicken hearts is another good one. Just put them on a skewer and call em kababs. Friggin pricelesswhen they find out

I take my solace in the fact that there's only two 8 episode seasons and we've only got 7 episodes left of season 2, so it should all be over soon at least.
