Bird feeder around? Lot of hemp seeds in bird seed. I would topdress my earthboxes with that gnarly barley from build a soil and it’s barley/corn/and hemp seed! I’d put that shit thru the blender to take it down to almost powder but somehow I’d always wind up with a sea of hemp seedlings that would sprout under the cover of the box!
Could do it with gravity and a float valve like how autopots work, or with a pump and a float kinda like how a sump pump works. Might even be able to put the actual autopot autovalve (or whatever it's called) right in thereSure would make life easy! Last I checked they had made a device that floats in the fill tube and automatically refills reservoir when it gets low based off the pressure inside the empty reservoir or some shizznit but at the time the only way to run it was off of a water hose! That or you could prob make it work indoors off a reservoir if u had a fancy pump that could run 24/7 yet only pump water when the valve opened up to fill res! Prob make pumps like that but I’m not sure what kind they are!
