I just finished the filling for cream cheese wontons, pork stuffed wontons, and pork egg rolls. It's smelling amaaaaaaaazing in here. Amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing in here. One more time. Amaaaaaaaaaaaazing in here.

I decided 9% ABV beers would make tonight's cooking experience more memorable. "Amaaaaaaaaaaazing in here!"

Pretty much unpacked from the road trip. Harvested ~8 gallons of worm castings, gave the survivors a big meal and some new bedding, now off to chop the morels than came up in the yard while I was away. The annual morel omelette tomorrow.
