If I'm feeling fancy I like bulleit 10 year. Local moonshine is not exactly great and pretty much all apple based even though there is some fantastic sweet corn grown around all around here. Also not a big scotch guy. Normally it's wild turkey 101 if I'm drinking bourbon since it was my brother's favorite drink and it just feels right. This place is pretty new and has a real good local whiskey
