@Slater You know how cheap I am! It was a lot of empirical evidence that convinced me to add carbohydrates the last two weeks of flower. It turns out that the plant is capable of direct absorption and use of some sugars. AN Bud Candy has some carbohydrates I cannot get elsewhere. The rest of the sugars are for the soil microbes. As the plant gets ripe it stops sending sugars out of the roots and instead directs them to the flowers. This stops feeding the microbes and they die off. Feeding them sugars keeps ther numbers up and they continue to make nutrients for the plant. I use the BC two weeks prior to harvest and molasses 1 week prior. My terpene profile (Aroma, flavors) did improve
