Finally got around to putting the FastBuds 6 in to germinate....need 4 for the tent....waiting on the Frost Brothers gear to get here this week, 2 for the tent, and a male for back deck.........

Deep Blue C is an older strain of theirs, @Frank the Dank's guess of '16-18ish sounds about right to me but it's before my time.

I have a snapshot of the strain description from the extinct/archived strain info pages on the old website:

Deep Blue C F2 is finally here, one of our most popular limited editions has now been reproduced as an F2 selection and added to our main catalogue varieties.
Her parentage is 24 Carat x Chem City Blues.
The 24 carat blesses everything she touches with hashy goodness, increased fan leaf size and strong aromas.
The Deep Blue C is one of our favourite strains just to bust up and smell, like dank sweeties, you know when there's some close by. (Carbon Filter Warning)
She is great med's helping with insomnia and after a tough day there's nothing better to settle you down and melt you into the sofa.
From testing she is known to produce abnormally strong secondary branches, that can equal or just sit below the main cola, we coined this pheno the 'twin peaks'
The feedback has been really amazing from this strain and we just couldn't ignore it.
Like several of our strains, it's not uncommon to see 'trichy stalks', walking through a room of these sticky girls is amazing!

I just noticed that Deep Blue C F2 (Mitch's Pick) ("From our recent production run to create Deep Blue C F2") is Illuminauto #4, so that might put it earlier than 2016?

It probably isn't extinct because it's been occasionally appearing in freebie crosses -- I got a couple DBC x Sour Bubbly and DBC x 3BOG seeds in 2019, and I remember seeing other people get DBC x something more recent than that.

Think I’m gonna need to bust out some plant stakes to pull a few arms over a smidge! Not but 5 days ago I did a major trimming of fan leafs and today u can’t even tell!

Anyone ever had this happen before! Thought it was only on 1 leaf but noticed it on several more just now!

Night owls mangos and chem is chem city blues x mango isle. So daz might have something deep blue c esque coming up. I have one growing now and it's a monster
