Got the chores done early so I baked a Peach and Blueberry Cobbler.

I can never decide to go cobbler or crisp so I have the GF pie crust rolled a little thick because cobbler does not have a bottom crust. Then in between the crust is crisp Sometimes I use roasted and chopped pecans.

Bustin out the fine china! You guys are killin me with the food all of a sudden Wife is stoned and wants Chinese food (I'm not a big fan before midnight usually) and doesn't seem very agreeable to anything else
