Really need to get ambitious and pull them out for some pruning

I've just been out pruning the Finger Lime....it is Viciously thorned......I've got fingers with mair holes than a seive........

Only 85f on my porch now......taking a lil beer break, fridge cleared out, garbage out, dishes almost done ( a pot and the crock to soak a bit)...trying to find some new flip flops to replace my blown out pair.....they lasted about 10 years...then out to the shed to shred an old tent for closet liner so I can finish setting it up and get the fast buds beans going..

Rough A F night! I knew I'd be hurting more after the first day of Physical Therapy, but JEEEEEZ! Big time spinal joint pain!
Gonna be a double dose weekend l Think.
At least Monday is adjustment day!!!
Going in lubed up with canna coffee worked great yesterday. The therapist did have to remind me what move she wanted me to do next, but I was concentrating on form.
